Leadership Development Training

Service Description

This training is geared towards providing tools needed to build a strong foundation as a team. To be a successful organization, each team member should know their role and know how to work together as a collective. This presentation is perfect for youth agency staff and their youth, youth leadership organizations and conferences, and youth sports organizations. This training is broken down into five different components: 1. Safe Space: Create a safe environment for everyone to be heard respectfully. 2. Building a Strong Team: Develop communication skills and building trust. 3. Clear Vision: Create an effective strategic plan that everyone buys into. 4. Take Action: Implement the plan of action. 5. Process the Results: Take an analysis of the results and discuss the outcome.
